Return Policy

We happily allow exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the item. We are a small company, however, so we don't pay for return shipping. If you send the item back to us, we will pay to ship the new item to you. Sorry, we are not Amazon and can definitely not compete with them.

 

At Salts & West we try to stock easy to fit and easy to wear items and make sure the photos and descriptions are thorough so that you will have a less likely need to exchange. If you are unsure about the fit of an item, please email us before ordering at gratitude (at) saltsandwest.com.

 

Please email us to discuss return/exchange options if you live outside of Canada and the USA.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on the following items: Sale Items, Cosmetics, Skincare Products, Hair Products, Intimate Apparel, 'Final Sale' Items.

 

How to Return or Exchange Items:

• Pack and seal the item in the original package, if possible.  

• Send the package to the address below. We recommend insured, traceable shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost packages that we did not ship ourselves.
